Mango Cutting Guide

Ever wondered how to get the most out of your mango? Here is a great guide for cutting mangoes which gives you a professional look and maximizes your mango feast. 


Step 1. 

Holding the mango by the stem end, slice down each cheek. If the mango is ripe, the knife should just glide past the seed.


Step 2. 

Cut the cheek flesh with the tip of a knife in a "criss-cross" or diamond pattern.


Step 3.

Turn each cheek inside out. You can slice the cubes off easily to use in salads or recipes, or just spoon it out and enjoy!
